Critical Path collects nothing. Every run — your cash, your crew, your decisions, your saved scores — is stored only on your device, using Apple's on-device SwiftData. Aguach1leLabs does not operate a server, and there is no account or login beyond the Game Center sign-in Apple itself provides — we never receive or store your data.
If you sign in to Game Center to post a leaderboard score, that sign-in and your alias are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. Critical Path only ever sees the score it submits and your public Game Center alias — nothing else about your Apple ID.
If the app crashes or hits an error, a report is written to your device so the problem can be found and fixed. It never leaves your device unless you choose to send it yourself, from Settings → Diagnostics → Share.
Critical Path is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
