MapWise — Privacy Policy

MapWise is built local-first: your territory notes and plan entries are stored only on your device, using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework. Aguach1leLabs does not operate a server, and there is no account or login — we never receive or store your data.

Territory data

The signal scores you browse come from a dataset built into the app itself — nothing is fetched from or sent to a server today. MapWise makes no network calls in its current build.

What we don't do

• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
• No advertising or ad networks
• No tracking across other companies' apps or websites
• No sale of your data — we don't have a way to collect it in the first place

Third parties

MapWise doesn't communicate with any third-party service in its current build. If a live data source is added in a future version, this policy will be updated before that version ships to describe exactly what's sent and to whom.

Children's privacy

MapWise is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
