Your draws and favorites live only on your device. If you use iCloud backup for your phone, they're included in that backup like any other app's data. TheLuckyNumber itself has no cloud server.
Your sign, date, or chosen lens is saved with the draw as a label, but every draw method uses the same fair, uniform shuffle under the hood — no method is "luckier" than another. See the app's disclaimer on every draw screen.
